Children's Work
At New Life Church we are blessed with a large number of children and young people -approximately one third of the congregation is under 18! Each Sunday morning there are a variety of Sunday School classes running during part of the service. These classes are run by volunteer parents who provide a safe and fun environment for the children to play games, take part in craft activities, sing and learn about Jesus, God and the Bible.
All children have refreshments in the foyer when they leave the main meeting (at approximately 11 o'clock) before they go to their classes. All children should be collected from their Sunday school classes at 12 o'clock, even if the main meeting over runs. Children who have not been collected will be escorted back to the main meeting. After the meeting children are allowed to play in the foyer where tea and coffee is served or outside on the patio area. Parents need to fill in a consent form the first time their child visits a Sunday school class.
